We take CURRENT AND PAST systems, games, accessories and all tv sets. We offer value based on model, demand, condition, and our inventory. Even if you want a ballpark offer on your stuff, you need to bring it to one of the stores.

Do you pay cash for games and systems?

 

Of course we pay cash. 

However: trade-in value for store credit is almost always higher. 

 

Will you price-match your items?

We competetively price our merchandise and update values daily. 

 

Game Craze has reputably and consistently offered the most  cash/trade values for your trade-ins. We are known to offer the highest values for your items.

PRIORITY OF SERVICE GOES FIRST TO IN-STORE CUSTOMERS. 

 

If we're not picking up the phone, it's simply because the store was too busy when you called.

Do you repair systems?

Can you repair discs?

WE CAN REPAIR SCRATCHED AND DAMAGED DISCS.

This includes circle scratches and cosmetic damage. 

 

Games purchased at a Game Craze location have a free scratch-repair warranty at that location.

Games purchased elsewhere can be repaired for $10.00.

 

Most scratched games are fixable, and the standard wait is 1 to 3 days in general.  Priority is given to Game Craze purchased games.

Will you post your inventory and prices online?

NO, sorry for the inconvenience. 

 

Our prices and stock are constantly  changing. There are hundreds of thousands of items that we may or may not have at any given time, but you can always call to ask if we've got something. If it's not in high demand, we will put that item on hold for you for up to 24 hours. 

 

Can you call me if my desired item is traded in to your store?

No, sorry. Priority must go to those who reach the store first. Feel free to call any location and ask if we have certain items in stock whenever you like. 

What systems do you sell?

We buy, trade, and sell all videogame systems, accessories, and games that we can get hands on.

Where can I use my GAME CRAZE gift card?

Gift cards are good at store of issue and stores explicity listed on the card or certificate. Not every card can be used at every location.
